No proper quote. Roof leaking after first rainfall since installation. Refusing to come round to rectify. Threw bits of my roof onto neighbours skylight causing damage. Refusing to answer calls to come and fix that. Awful. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.
Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
