I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

Kevin and his son were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish providing a very professional service with a fair quote. We were kept informed every step of the way about what the fitting of our skylight entailed. Kevin took photographs of our roof to explain the job before discussing each step. Very clean despite such a messy job. Punctual, arriving early and leaving late. He was always cheerful and extremely hard working in ridiculous temperatures.
