My leaking roof was repaired by James he is a very young gentleman he was very prompt with his quote he said he would start work at midday but he came in at 6pm . He finished the work in an hour and a half the work looks alright now I will have to wait till it starts raining to find out just how good it is. He has given me a 7-year guarantee, I hope I won't need to use it.

Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Both the visits, to quote and then complete the repair were on time and speedy. The repair was completed very quickly, with no fuss, and as less work was needed than had been quoted for, the final bill was about half the price.

Don’t complete the work agreed and what was done looks absolutely abysmal - the roof is leaking still. Promised to return on two occasions but didn’t turn-up. Rude and aggressive when trying to discuss the problem on the phone.
