What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Sadly I am having to revise my previous opinion of flat roof work by RT Bane. Within a few weeks, as soon as weather warmed, the EDPM peeled away at the join with the neighbours roof. RT Bane returned on a day I explicitly said I was not available and masticed a portion of the join. They admitted it looked poor and, despite repeated text and calls, have not returned, as promised. I am now worried its a poor job per se and I could have water seepage as they clearly have zero customer concern once job done.
