Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Amazing job amazing lads couldn't be happier new windows and patio doors done in a day and very high quality, roof with skylight done in 2 days looks amazing all electrics done and cladding. I wanted to score 2.5/5. Protype quoted a very high price for the work which I accepted on the basis that they would provide a once and for all fix to a leaking roof. Part of the work looks to have been performed well but some parts were not. So far no leaks but when I tried to contact them after a poorly fitted piece down pipe fell off l got no reply.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
