Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I am a sole trader, I have been fitting windows, doors, conservatories and doing general building work for the past 25 years. I am Certass and Q.A.N.W registered. All UPVC installations are covered by a ten year warranty. Only quality products used.
Obviously the previous cost of £75 I paid in May shall be deducted from the new bill. If the quality of your work is satisfactory, then I' ll consider a withdrawal of my previous rating and give you a reasonable customer review. Thanks Jun

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
Excellent response, job done within time stipulated and for a reasonable price. Site left clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend.
