Excellent work, a very neat and tidy job especially the work on the conservatory. William was polite, on time, cleared away all the rubbish and kept me posted between the two lots of work. So when we eventually get some rain it will go in my water butts, Difficulty in sourcing some of the bits needed and the now constant rise in prices meant it cost a bit more, but William informed me of that in advance of coming to do the work

The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Generally though, mark is a pleasant fellow,

AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!
