Ours was quite a specialist job, as the scaffold at the rear of the house had to bridge our whole conservatory which is 30ft x 12ft. I wanted to score 2.5/5. Protype quoted a very high price for the work which I accepted on the basis that they would provide a once and for all fix to a leaking roof. Part of the work looks to have been performed well but some parts were not. So far no leaks but when I tried to contact them after a poorly fitted piece down pipe fell off l got no reply.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
