Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.

Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Contractor incorrectly fitted replacement flat roof EDPM ie edge trims screwed through membrane from above and effectively puncturing the new roof, potentially leak point, should have been fixed from side. Badly fitted trim, didn’t use capped screws, resulting in a poor finish, I pointed this out when they completed work, said they would return to rectify next day if I paid them promptly, which I did, needless to say the contractor never came back to rectify. Would definitely NOT recommend this outfit!

We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!
