Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Initially great. Quick contact and had guys come round the next day. Had a look over the roof. Sorted out the tile that we think was causing part of the problem. Identified couple of other issues. Since then nothing. Just given up.

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die.
