I can highly recommend Jake. We had a very old boiler and heating system which needed replacing. Jake gave us excellent advice and a very competitive quote. The whole system was renewed and it was a difficult job. Our house was full of complex issues such as chip board floors and dated electrics. Jake dealt with all these issues in a considerate professional manner. I would not hesitate in giving Jake further work. He is a skilled British heating engineer. Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work, although it did take a bit longer than expected to complete.

Mick came quickly to review the work then things went downhill. He took no notes and asked me to type up all the work I wanted to have done, nearly every room in the house, which took me some time while he chased me regularly for the details. I managed to complete the document after a week and send it to him. After I heard nothing for a week I messaged and was told the quote would be with me by the end of the weekend. Another two weeks and 2 chases and I'm still waiting. I've given the work to someone else.
