Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. They were highly professional, communicative, organised & very skilled in their undertaking of my job.
