After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.
I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.
