A fantasic experience all round. Andy responded, spoke courteously on the phone and provided an estimate, popped in to 'survey' my spec, gave valuable advice and confirmed his quote inside 3 hours. Andy realigned his diary and next day was at my house, right on cue. My water damaged ceiling, complete with hole, is now a thing of the past. Excellent workmanship and an excellent result. R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. They turned up when they said quoted really fairly, sent photographs of progress (We run the management company) and finished on time with minimal disruption and good communication.
