Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

At short notice Scott looked at job for decorating and flooring gave estimate and started work. He worked hard and to a very high standard along with being a tidy worker .I will certainly ask Scott to do work in the future

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

Friendly, professional and excellent. Platinum plastered my kitchen walls at short notice. They worked cleanly, left my home spotless and were very respectful of it at all times. They aren't just plasterers though, and I will be asking them to quote later on this year for a specialist wall finish instead of tiling the walls. Very impressed nd so glad to have found them. Thank you, gentlemen!

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

Excellent and Honest Service. Only had a small problem of a couple of slipped tiles at the edge of my roof. Needed someone to come and do a quick repair. This what they did. No lie 10 mins problem solved reasonable priced. Will use RJR again in the future, hopefully not for awhile though.
