On day of job the electrician arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected-that doesn't happen often. He looked a lot younger than I had expected. I had expected to have to buy a new fuse box. I was losing power frequently. He carefully checked all circuits. Then announced the fault was outside. The outside switch to an outside light was full of water. Maybe could have done a site visit initially as unfortunately the first time they came to fit the windows they realised there were no lintels so couldn't fit then but came back a couple of weeks later on a Saturday to try and fit in their busy schedule. Pleased with the result. Reasonably priced and got job done in good time.
