I am more than happy to recommend Rob and certainly will be to Family and friends. He arrived at precisely the time we had arranged and got straight into the work. He did a great job and did it quickly, even though it turned out more complicated than we'd first thought. He was a really nice person which is always important when you are getting a stranger into your house to do work. I will definitely be calling on Rob next time I need some work done in my flat. This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Phil came in the morning and finished the job within a day as agreed. Safety aspects and govt regulations were strictly adhered to which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if the dry lining inserts were finished off properly so there are no visible holes around the faceplate of the sockets but Phil explained he didn't have the right mix and left them for me to complete. Dust from the chipping of the brickwork covered the house which was rather unexpected. Overall we'd use him again.

Paul was on time ,polite , no job to much for him ,I totally recommend him for small Or large jobs . A real find if I have more jobs in the future he will be the first person I will contact if he can't do it he knows lots of trades that he would recommend but he did do all of the 30 plus small jobs I asked him to do plus his rates are very reasonable.

David kept me informed about what time he would be arriving to do my job. He came and built my 5 ft wardrobe quick and effective, I would recommend David. If I need any other job done I will be contacting David.
