I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance. Can't thank them enough it took 8 months but we have our amazing home back
