For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. We had a fast response from Weatherwise. The problem turned out to be more serious than we'd thought, and Weatherwise were able to carry out extensive roof repairs immediately.
