But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Hard working, professional, friendly, proactive and gave honest and helpful advice so we ended up with a better job than we'd originally spec'd. Marco did a downstairs loo install, full bathroom refit and some electrical work for us. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and did a first class job, including some extra stuff and going above and beyond to get the job done. Exceptionally good value too. UNI-F. LTD were exceptionally quick to make contact and arrange a visit to assess the extent of the work and quote on it (in this instance, re-wiring). The electrician was very pragmatic and helpful and usefully, was qualified to certify his own work. He was well presented and respectful of the house, and also competitively priced. Would recommend this company.

Graham contacted me via telephone, I found his manor very pleasant and professional, he arranged a convienant time to visit the same day. He took of his shoes off whilst in the property and fitted the cieling fan as requested. I was very pleased with Graham and would recommend him. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
