As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Shane who replied to my post was able to carry out removing the radiator promptly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. We agreed he would return to replace the radiator once decorating was completed and was so impressed with his work, arranged for Shane to carry out my annual boiler service.
