I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

Great job from start to finish. Work took 4 days. Removed old gas warm air system from my 3 bedroom house and replaced with modern gas central heating. All waste removed and left clean and tidy. Well done. No problems with the systems thus far (1 yr. on). Very happy.
