Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didn�t complete the work but that�s okay because in his view it wasn�t essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, can�t stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isn�t important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.

I have worked on a unique creation for the Louis Vuitton private museum, La Galleries in Asnieres-Sur-Seine. I created a unique piece for their prestigious display within the museum and that is where it is located to this day. I drew inspiration from the original Damiere Signature and sourced beautiful Oak and Walnut with which he was able to produce this stunning design. I have carried out projects for the Channel 4 Series, Sarah Beenie’s Restoration Nightmare where I installed, repaired, and restored various wooden floors throughout the incredible Rise Hall property in Yorkshire. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures.
