Hussein showed up on time, communicated throughout and got the job done. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he managed to still get everything sorted with minimal delays and has been very easy to deal with, going above and beyond and managed to squeeze us in to his busy schedule for snagging issues. We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. It's great to find a tradesperson who is reliable, turns up when they say they will, and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend him!!

I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Reasonable prices, happy to work on a day rate or a fixed price basis. Very approachable and easy to work with, good communication skills. Polite and respectful in people's homes. Have a well equipped van and happy to do small jobs. As well as larger projects.
