We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. Vaclav did a really good job, turned up when he said he would and charged the price quoted. Our floors were last sanded and varnished about 16 years ago so they were pretty worn. He re-sanded and re-varnished with 3 coats. I was particularly impressed that there was no dust and everything was left very clean each day.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
