Floorlayer with over 15 years of experience, specialising in all aspects including vinyl, carpet and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) also undertake all prep work such as screeding and plying floors. Luxury vinyl tile is fast taking over from laminate and ceramic tiles due to no laminate warping or grout cracking but it looks the exact same but more durable and longer lasting! Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Absolutely delighted with the work from MM Perfect House. Michael was excellent throughout, always helpful, obliging and happy to answer all my queries. Pablo who completed the work, was friendly, polite, hardworking and always on time. Over four days he stripped wallpaper, repaired and prepared walls, sanded, and painted the walls and woodwork to an excellent standard. He worked methodically, left everything spotless each day, and the finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. It's great to find a tradesperson who is reliable, turns up when they say they will, and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend him!!

Ed did a fantastic job installing an engineered wood herringbone floor in our bedroom.
