We employed this company in May 2016 for home refurbishment. What was estimated to take 6 weeks took 6 months. In the end the builders abandoned the project in breach of contract, work we paid for has never been completed. Mihai the director considered that by allowing us to keep thesnagging money the matter was settled. However, since we have returned to our property we have had to pay out more in remedying building, plumbing and electrical defects due to their shoddy workmanship.

I repeat -Martin Kingsley’s manner was stressful - I am not surprised he is capable of presenting a scenario bearing no resemblance to reality. His stance appeared suspect to me by his continual insistence to sight the structural engineer’s report and when he stated a wall showing damp patches and peeling paint was dry. When he left, he handed me a card asking me to get in touch.
