Just had Richard round to rebuild a wall and I can't sing his praises enough. From start to finish it has been a pleasure, He has kept me informed of how and what was happening and through out has kept mess to a minimum and upon inspecting the final job seen that he has washed the whole area down and apart from wall no evidence he has been there. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. We have been building and renovating property since 2005. Over the years, we have predominantly focused on our own projects, but more recently, we are offering our services to clients. Our experience covers all aspects of property works.
Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

The project it self was a complete renovation consisting of creating a large open plan kitchen / diner and family space. this involved a complete relocation of kitchen which not only came in on time but also in budget. The Family is thrilled with the finish and enjoy living in the space. Brilliant.
