Duran was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He carried out the annual service of our Valiant combo-boiler, changed out a fuse and replaced another part that were no longer to code, and gave us useful advice on adjusting the settings on the boiler to maximise performance/manage costs. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Lawrence from J & L Gas & Renewables Limited plumbed and fitted a new garden tap today 8th May. He quoted us a very competitive price, arrived on time, and did a wonderful and very professional job. Everything was left clean and tidy including refitting the drawers into the kitchen sink unit. In addition to an excellent, fast and professional job, Lawrence was kind and very helpful and explained everything to us. I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!

Andre and team did a great job with the shed /summerhouse construction, and were very accommodating with the request to build it at short notice ( (within 5 days) and alter the layout of the building to meet our requirements. Came the same day as i posted the job and was very helpful. Payment was not wanted until i was completely satisfied with the work. The job was started next day and at the end of the day the garden was left clean and tidy. Information and advice was given but no pressure was applied to do more than what was needed. The job was finished a day later to a great standard and looks fantastic.
