Nicolae was great to work with, very accommodating, quick and unphased by bad weather. Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs. Would recommend for similar, quick turnaround jobs.

Craig did a fantastic job of skimming the ceilings of 6 rooms of our home at the end of 2021. The finish was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he was flexible when we needed to move the date, he took care to minimise the mess and the price was competitive. We specialise in all aspects of construction work. We are completely dedicated to our work and put our experience into the job to make our customers satisfied. We aim to do our best and succeed 100%.
One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian
