I was very impressed with Anthony and this company. He identified the problem immediately and quickly took steps to arrange a builder to fix it. I was pleased to be given a clear final price and really appreciated being kept up to date every step of the way. The work was carried out efficiently and all mess was cleared away. I would happily recommend Anthony's company to anyone needing rendering done. I also recommend using Rated People to find the correct, professional tradespeople for the job.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

John, Terry and the team did a great job. They started on time and were very tidy. They were polite, friendly and helpful. Really nice lads. We made a few changes as we went and they were very accommodating. They fitted a full kitchen, utility room, downstairs cloakroom and built a new porch, which looks great and the finish is excellent. Can't praise them highly enough. Would recommend.

You hear of so many 'horror stories' about tradespeople who you invite into your home and put your trust in them to fix whatever has gone wrong. I definitely chose the most reliable, honest and hardworking to replace my ceiling and plaster after a leak and the complete dismantling of my ceiling. Chas was honest from the start, explained exactly what his plan was, and stuck to it, He kept me informed, turned up on time and never stopped, although a very messy job. They were completely respectful ofmy home.
