Jake and his team excelled in upgrading and replacing our old garden steps. Jake was patient and helped us choose suitable gravel for our flower beds. The team transformed our garden beautifully. The team showed great patience, and no task was too difficult; their focus was entirely on the customer. Our relatives, neighbours and friends have praised us for the amazing makeover of our garden We would not think twice about suggesting your services to anyone wanting to improve their garden.

George and Marlon completed two jobs for me - papering the hall, stairs and landing, hanging some new doors that needed cutting down to size and other general DIY. They were brilliant. On time, efficient and very skilled, tidy, polite, told me what they were doing, worked like trojans and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. Would use them again and would highly recommend.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. The transformation of my bathroom is amazing and I can't thank him enough for what he has done. Gez, the cats will miss you, but I'm sure we'll be calling on you again soon!!! Thank so much

John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . I can recommended without hesitation . The room is finished to a high standard , and is better then I imagined .

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Courtney was brilliant, Came round within hours of my posting and gave a very fair estimate. He then provided me with a time and day he would be round and turned up on time. The job was done quickly, cleanly and most of all professionally. He even called the next day to check I was happy with the job he had done. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very pleased with the reliability and cost from Finesse. My project has been put on hold so no work carried out. Also appreciated honesty and knowledge regarding my build from Michael? He demonstrated his experience and I wouldn't hesitate requesting his services again.

I could not rate this tradesman higher,did exactly what we wanted and left everything clean and tidy. Very punctual .Highly Recommended.
