Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

Ian communicated excellently, came to quote when he said he would and then kept me updated on sourcing materials and when he could do the job. Ian fixed the problem with no fuss and, as requested, quoted for some other work. I'd happily use Ian again.

Jack carried out the work to an exceptional standard and went well beyond what was originally quoted. His workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the quality delivered. It�s rare to find someone so committed to doing the job properly. I�ve already asked Jack to quote for further projects and will continue to use him for all our exterior house and garden work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled tradesperson.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. I feel fortunate to have found Bartek and his band of builders. They have done some excellent work for me, very tidily and well done, and the price was fair. I recommend him without reservation. He is helpful, gives good advice, and always looks for the most economical solution without cutting corners. I give him five stars without hesitation.

Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater
