Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

They came to give a quote, explained what needed doing, discussed with us throughout how they would do the job and did it there and then when a fair price was agreed. They took before and after photos to show us, cleaned up everything afterwards and involved us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. We are a small but an ever expanding company covering most areas of the midlands, we do all aspects of building and roofing work. We are also available for property maintenance and landscaping. All our employees are respectable, hardworking people who are definitely not shy of work.
8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
