LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
Job was to re-point my property, the bin area and the concrete slabs in the garden = Job was done to a high quality and I am extremely pleased with the results.
