Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!
On time and offered a repair rather than replacement which has saved me money. He even helped me clear tree branches that were overhanging the guttering so again saving me calling a second person for that job. I would fully recommend to anyone and I have kept his number for future.
