8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

I’ve not been a member for five years on this website. I was on it possibly around five years ago. Only rejoined on the 4th of May 2023. Up till lockdown I had 5 1/2 months work in the diary within two days or cancelled. Unfortunately, some of the customers didn’t make it through that period. And before time installing bathrooms never really recovered, hence, I have re-joined this site to do more general plumbing and not concentrate on just bathroom for refurbishments.? Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
