Thanks so much for doing such a brilliant job! I live in an old Victorian house and nothing is square but they really did a great job of hanging the doors. Not only that but they were lovely and gave very good advice, taking excellent care of my home in the process. I’ll definitely be using them again for more work.

AR Property Care

Stoneworker / Stonemason in Lancashire

My name is Alan from Alan Rampling Brickwork And I have had nearly 30 years experience in the building trade. I have carried out most types of property repairs from replacing windows to re-pointing and wall ties etc. I will undertake most jobs even smaller jobs that most builders hate doing but somebody has to do the small repairs. That being said I also build new houses and extensions on a labour only basis on brickwork only so I am quite diverse for most tasks. I will always talk with the customer first to listen to their needs to come up with the best solution at the best price. I have also got other contacts who help out with all the building work when required so you are not left waiting weeks and months to get the work started. all quotes are put in writing before work starts and any extras are discussed and agreed before work is done. I hold approx £1m of public liability insurance to protect you and the public for any work we carry out on your property. I pride myself on good quality work at affordable prices at realistic timescales to start and finish any project. You will be kept in the loop at all times on progress of work and informed of start dates and completion dates early in the meeting and quoting stages on meeting with me. I am a fully time served bricklayer so any type of brickwork jobs whether small or large can be undertaken. I carry out extensions, garden walls, repointing, wall ties, brick replacement, conservatory bases and new build houses. I also undertake structural alterations with regards to internal steel work and conversions. New garages and orangeries also. All work is fully guaranteed and can be done on supply and build or labour only which includes price work or daywork. I am flexible on the above and would look forward to speaking with anyone for their next brickwork project.
