Lukasz and team did a great job with our kitchen refurb project. They stripped out our old kitchen completely, re did plumbing/electricity and installed new units & tiles etc. They were polite, hardworking and easy to work with. Would recommend!

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Chris contacted me promptly after putting my job ad and offered his availability straight away. I had solid wood flooring to lay on newly built extension, and it needed to fit the old floor. Chris did a great job, showing great carpentry skills, he worked hard over the weekend so I could have the living room sorted. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, I am very happy with his work and I would highly recommend him. Beata , Stevenage
