George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. they gave me a price for the job I accepted. He lphoned to give me a start date so that I could do the preparation required.. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
We hired SJC Contracts to build and install a staircase to service three floors. Right from the off, Simon was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and full of great ideas and options. His work is of a very high standard and he worked hard to get everything “just right”. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
