Barbara, Scott and Stephen have been amazing start to finish. Due to a change of circumstances, we had to delay works but we were met with friendliness and compassion. Works delivered were to a high standard - they work fast, efficient, tidy and even helped fix a few extra problems along the way. I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
Craig was prompt in replying to my online request and was out the next day to Quote. He was very competitive, honest and helped me understand the technical stuff I really had limited knowledge of. He has secured further small works on my property and I would have no hesitation to recommend him.
