Padded out the quote with VAT, even though he had no VAT number. When we went to pay a deposit, our bank called us to say they didn't want to put the payment through because the account was for a personal account rather than a business and was not safe. This trader has unpaid accounts. When we raised these concerns, the builder withdrew the quote. Don't trust, don't use.
Chris was helpful friendly and efficient and prompt throughout and was able to answer all my questions about types of flooring so I could make an informed choice. Im very pleased with the results and would readily recommend CMP carpentry to others!
