Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. He was always on time and cleanliness outstanding -cleaning up all grime and dust and also taking rubbish away. Great service. From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. We never felt any pressure from them. We trusted them, they were curtious, respected our property and got on with the job. Would very much recommend them and will certainly use them again.

It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
Trevor kept his promise and got the job done to a high standard despite the weather turning out to be very wet. He was very business-like and assuring in his approach. I will not hesitate to recommend him for a similar job.
