We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Our project was quite complex as it involved 3 different freeholders, multiple trades people all needing to coordinate time lines. Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Professional carpenter with over 30 years of experience. I do 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery (door frames, doors, architrave, skirting boards, locks, partitions, floors, kitchen and staircases etc). I have a qualification in NVQ2 carpentry.
Not cheap but did a good job and cleared up afterwards. Polite and on time. Didn't charge me for materials.

Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
