Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.
Interesting pattern with any review highlighting issues with Sheridan�s work. It�s always the customer that�s wrong. The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didn�t complete the work but that�s okay because in his view it wasn�t essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, can�t stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isn�t important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.
I am a tradesman with 20+ years of experience in a broad range of construction skills. My carpentry skills include boat work, decks, commercial shopfitting, residential refurbishments and custom jobs. My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. I can also turn my hand to flooring including tiling, laminates, etc., and I'm happy to quote on general handyman work, garden projects and fencing.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Hi, my name is Wojtek. I am from Poland and have been working in the construction industry for 20 years. I graduated from a construction school in Poland. I’ve been living in England for 11 years, where I’ve gained extensive knowledge of building materials, principles, and types of construction work. I mainly focus on general construction, but my specialty is complete bathroom renovations — from total demolition to final finishing (plastering, drywall installation, floor screeding, plumbing, minor electrical work, ceramic and porcelain tiling, bathroom installations, painting). I am also a professional in insulating external walls with polystyrene, mesh, and various types of plaster (mineral, acrylic, silicate). Similar to bathroom renovations, I am an expert in insulation as well. I have extensive experience in Poland and am gaining more practice in England, though this type of work is still less common here. So far, I have completed several full home renovations. As mentioned, I have no issues with painting (using a paint sprayer), plastering, radiator replacements or repositioning, minor electrical work (the only thing I don't do is laying carpets). Depending on the type and scale of the job, I can adjust the number of people needed to complete the project if necessary. Thanks to my vast experience, I can assist with any type of renovation and ensure it meets high standards. I guarantee full dedication to every project.

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
