There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. Excellent tidy work. Completed on time. Punctual, professional worker who gave lots of helpful advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for bathroom, tiling, flooring plumbing. All great.

Excellent communication, really good value, the quote was very reasonable - replacing 3 blown double glazed units. Simon was extremely personable, very reliable and did a fantastic quality job. He was also able to pull in another job and quote at the same time to replace 3 blown double units in my Mum's conservatory. I would definitely go back o Guilford Windows for any further work and have already recommended his services to both my Auntie and my father-in-law.

Posted my Job on Rate People having never used the service before. I had a call from Andy within half an hour letting me know he could repair my Gledhill boiler and that he was in my area. Superb team of builders. Very skilful, knowledgeable and helpful. Work was very clean and efficient. The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. Would definately use again should the need arise. Highly recommended for any work required.

Very pleased as ASP Electrics took time to work out the very best way of routing the wiring to cause minimum disturbance. They also took every opportunity to "blend in" the wiring where necessary. I felt confident they knew what they were doing.
