The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Matthew from Saxon and his co-worker did a very good and thorough job cutting back several trees and reducing much of the ivy that had completely covered our fencing and climbed into our tree. Very happy with the result and also like the fact that he keeps you informed about delays, when breaking for lunch, or talking through progress with the job and clarifying any questions during the works. I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me.
