Had minor roof, soffit & fascia repairs done plus rainwater pipes cleaned out. Quality of work was ok, however their pricing quotations were at a silly high level. Watch out for the upsell, I was quoted £20K for a new roof!

Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

Poor service after work was done. Have asked several times for confirmation of payment and a receipt for the work done. Was told by one employee that guttering repairs were not guaranteed, even though it says that all work is guaranteed on their website. Won't be using them again.
