Hi thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Jon, I am time served tradesman NVQ Level 3, I have gained vast experience in17 years that i have been plastering, internal, external, specialist, external rendering systems. I have a very good reputation.
Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

My plumbing skills extend from first fix through to full bathroom/kitchen remodels as well as CCTV drain inspections and repair. Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
