After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
